Job description: This position reports to the Engineering Manager. This position will have primary responsibility for day-to-day product support including troubleshooting technical problems. This position requires frequent interaction with other departments including marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing. Skills required & Qualifications: A four year degree in Mechanical Engineering or related physical sciences or an equivalent education from a fully accredited school is required. You should have 3-5 years relevant design experience in sheet metal and plastics. Experience in high volume appliance manufacturing would be a plus. You should have the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; and experience with Microsoft Office products.
