· Manage all aspects of the Product Development Process for specifically assigned products and introduction projects.
· Manage all aspects of projects relating to project execution, prototype releases, tooling releases, cost roll-ups, production startup and project schedules.
· Perform and support all tasks to plan, organize, and kick-off the project.
· Act as a key interface with all affected departments to ensure all are supporting the project appropriately.
Qualified candidates
This position requires a four year degree in engineering and a minimum of four years experience working with/in product development. Strong project and people management skills plus excellent organizational and comprehensive communication skills are necessary. Familiar with steel fabrication, welding, and machining processes, along with production and inventory control management a plus.
